"As in the selection of designers for our municipal golf course, the City of Laredo had to choose from among the elite golf public relations and event marketing agencies vying for this project,” said Horacio De Leon, Assistant City Manager for the City of Laredo and project manager for the golf course.  “In the end, we felt that On Course Strategies brought the passion and experience that will help create the level of excitement for not only the visit with Mr. Jones, a world-renowned golf course designer, but also, for our municipal golf course construction and development, that will help set this golf course apart from other municipal golf courses throughout Texas."
